CSN does not provide non-public information about you to any non-CSN affiliate or vendor to market their products and services
unless you authorize us to do so. When you do so authorize us, CSN instructs these non-CSN affiliates and vendors not to use
this information for purposes beyond the specific authorization granted by you.
However, CSN may be required by law to provide information we gather about to a third party outside the CSN family.
CSN will comply with these requirements and provide information without your consent to such instances as:
Responding to judicial processes and proceedings, regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Reporting to consumer agencies.
Sharing information which is required to provide you with the financial products and services you have selected with vendors or

CSS will honor your choice to restrict information sharing within CSN. However,
this restriction does not extend to your basic publicly-available identification
information, non-credit related information, account transactions and your business history with CSN up to the date of notification.
Our Former Customers
If you are no longer a CSN customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.
Our Security Practices and Information Accuracy
CSN will take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard customer information. Only those CSN employees who have a
relevant need in the discharge of their duties have access to your personal and account information. We comply with all
federal and state standards governing the physical, electronic, and procedural safeguarding of information.
CSN has also established internal controls and procedures to keep customer information as accurate and complete as possible.
